Getting Started

The setup packet for ODS Dispatch Services is straightforward. Simply fill out Carrier Set-Up form when you’re ready to start working with us. You will be introduced to your personal dispatcher and will begin working once we get all of the required documents from you. We are both an experienced and reliable dispatch company with excellent ties with the carriers with whom we operate. As a result, our on-boarding is quick and easy. Here’s everything you’ll need to get started:

  • Signed Truck Dispatch Service Agreement
  • Factoring Information (if any)
  • General Power Of Attorney (allows us to contact brokers on your behalf)
  • Copy Of Your MC Authority Letter
  • Copy Of The Insurance Certificate
  • Driver’s Contact Info
  • Copy Of W-9 Form
